STEP 1:  Have brother remove your loose tooth with his head (as dramatically reenacted here):

    Epic re-enactment. I heard the story and saw the evidence yesterday, narrated by the two siblings. Doesn’t brother get a “remover’s fee”? Or do you have to go to dental school for that?
