On this historic day amidst the Coronavirus pandemic, Bernie Sanders suspends his campaign for the presidency.

I make lunch:

It’s a soup made from grapes. Served at room temperature. I call it “Grapespacho.”

Who am I kidding? Daddy made a delicious hot bubbling stew of chicken and beans served over *Frito Chips* with sharp cheddar cheese shavings on top.  Just before hitting bottom I pause long enough to look down:

Gavin improvises a bit of a concert for me:

This cat seems depressed:

I too feel like hunkering down in a nice, protective cardboard box:

Or just be snuggled tight by a benevolent giant:

We give up ambition and prepare for some major couch time:

We take in a good old fashioned WWII movie for emotional perspective:

Pulled off nightly broadcast for emotional survival:

.

The tRump administration continues its murderous betrayal:

.

And that’s all I have to say about that.
