girl using laptop computer in bed

AT RISE:

Mom is blogging in bed when my Girl comes in.

GIRL:  Can I climb in with you?

MOM:  Sure Honey.

GIRL:  [Gets under covers, snuggles in with a book.]

MOM:  Why are you naked?

GIRL:  [Pause.]  I don’t know!

[Later.  Mom is getting out of bed, kissing and smooshing girl’s face first.]

GIRL:  Can you leave me alone?

MOM:   Hmm… I don’t know.

GIRL:  Leave me alone!

MOM:  So you can enjoy my bed by yourself?

GIRL:  YES!!

MOM:  [Leaves.]

GIRL:

And… SCENE.
