Alas, ClaraJane and I found the time for the annual Making of the Fire Cider!
This year we used:
- red onion
- yellow onion
- two bulbs of garlic (one diced, one mashed)
- fresh grated ginger
- fresh grated horseradish root
- fresh rosemary
- bay leaves
- cayenne pepper
- habanero pepper
- raw, unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar
After a month of marinating and turning it daily we’ll strain out the fiber, add raw organic local honey and bottle it up for our unsuspecting
victims loved ones.
