Uke-Oke: Sometimes by JTJ

Feeling “sad”

For my 11am show at a preschool yesterday a tiny girl arrived fully entrenched in her vociferous protest, on account of missing her MOMMY.  I made up this song on the spot and it did the trick. Well, she wasn’t happy or anything but it did help her forget to keep crying.  Afterwards her teacher thanked me because up to that point she hadn’t stopped crying all morning.

Here I am trying to capture it later that day on the beach around cheerdlen.

A messy process, but I actually got a song out of it that I use to soothe kids in the hospital.
