Fox News (in which the newscaster misquotes the theme of the rally):

BOSTON – Friday afternoon several hundred people have gathered on Boston Common to publicly object to the election of Donald Trump.
Friday evening’s event was being billed as both a “love rally” and a “peace rally,” not a protest.
Attendees were urged to “unite together to peacefully show all of those whom Donald Trump or his supporters have put down that we still care about them” and give them “an opportunity to have their voices be heard.”
“Unity and love and peace and how to come together and fight against this person that is now going to be our president that has been very oppressive to many groups of people,” one person at the rally said.
The really lasted from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and throughout the afternoon speakers talked about moving forward in a peaceful direction.
“Get behind him, not necessarily to support him in all that he does, but to push him in the direction we want him to go in. Because at the end of the day this is a democracy and that’s not something we can forget just because our side didn’t win,” one speaker said.
