AT RISE: CJ & Mommy are tickle-wrestling at bedtime.  An audible rumble begins.

MOM (to herself in her head):  Fart.  A fart.  My daughter’s fart.  Of course.  Wait, what?  Is she still farting?  IS that a fart?  [Leans head in to listen…]

CJ:  Helicopter.

MOM:  Oh. [Pause.]  You read my mind. [Pause.]  It’s a helicopter.  [Pause. Leans in further.]  So that’s what you’re calling ‘farts’ these days!?!

BOTH:  [Laugh hysterically.  Resume wrestling.]
