Oh joy!  Oh rapture!

On this ordinarily high-demand day, instead of a GIG between gigs, I had a GAP.  On weekends it is my utmost pleasure any time I get to do regular banal stuff like other parents (even if I don’t dress like it).  I may have the best job I could dream of, but let’s face it even John Lennon gave up being a Beetle to hang with his kid.  On this occasion I make it to their ice skating lesson.  Yay me!

Then we go home where they wedge me in bed for what turns into an epoch nap… until the next gig.  Bless you kids.
